Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact firstname.lastname@example.org and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Customers who missed the 24 hour deadline, are not allowed to request for a full refund once order has been shipped. Instead, we will resend a replacement free of charged to the correct address provided by customer.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 30 days after you receive your items. Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order within 30 calendar days after you receive your items. However, customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless receiving damaged goods, we will issue a refund or replacement immediately. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 30 calendar days since product was delivered or there’s evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.
Please Note: If you are approved, we will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 24 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/when it happens. If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.
Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 30 business days from order date, please contact email@example.com and we will promptly take care of you.
Full refunds are issued if/when a customer has not received their order after 30 business day from order date. A reshipment is optional.
Customers requesting for a refund when parcel is still in transit before 30 business days of order date will not be allowed.
While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience such as unforeseen weather, international public holidays, natural disasters, etc. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. Orders facing delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not responsible by www.evokidz.com. Please reach out to your local courier to find out the status of your parcel or reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
Refunds & Cancellations
Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations 24 hours after your order was placed.
If your order with us doesn’t arrive at the correct shipping address provided to us and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs or we will gladly replace the item for you.
